3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please contact our support team if you encounter issues with the product by emailing trimandtransformnow@gmail.com

3.2 Exceptions
If a digital product is found to be defective or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss a resolution.
